My Role: Warehouse Manager
Steve's journey to Wilsons is a tale of distribution expertise, spanning industries from bathroom products to builder's merchants. He's no stranger to production either, where his standout achievement was crafting a custom production line that catapulted daily output from 2,000 to a staggering 25,000 units.
At work, he's all about commitment, teamwork, and the art of consistent contribution – he lives and breathes Aristotle's wisdom that "We are what we repeatedly do, excellence, then, is not an act but a habit"
Off the clock, Steve finds solace in the warmth of home and family, including his trusty dogs, Maggie and Bobby. He's a pub garden enthusiast, a connoisseur of fine dining, a news junkie, and a die-hard Ipswich Town fan. When it's time to unwind, you'll often find him with a pint of Aspall in hand. If he had to pick one dish for life, it would be a juicy steak – who can blame him? And let's not forget, he's a maestro of both good and bad jokes, keeping us entertained with his unique blend of humour.
