As the festive season approaches, we want to keep you informed about our Christmas closing dates and delivery schedule.
Order Cut-Off Dates for Pre-Christmas Delivery:
- Channel Islands and Ireland: Order by 1pm Friday 13th December
- Scottish Highlands and Islands: Order by 1pm Tuesday 17th December
- Mainland UK: Order by 1pm Thursday 19th December
We're despatching right up until the holidays, so if you order by Monday 23rd, your delivery could arrive during the break. Please note, while we'll ensure your order leaves our warehouse on time, courier delays may affect delivery times so it's worth getting your orders in as early as you can to avoid disappointment!
Due to a whole staff event, the office and warehouse will be closed from 2pm on Monday 23rd December, but we are open for the day on Tuesday to help with any last minute queries.
Our warehouse and office will be closed for the holiday break from Wednesday 25th December to Wednesday 1st January. While the Wilsons team are off enjoying a cheeky mince pie (or three) and drafting overly ambitious New Year’s resolutions, our website will still be hard at work, taking orders 24/7 over the break,. You can email orders to sales@wilsonscolchester.com if you prefer.
We will work through orders placed during our Christmas break in date order, so get those orders in early - especially if you need stock in the first week of January!
We’ll be back at normal hours on Thursday 2nd January to despatch orders and they will start arriving with customers from Friday 3rd January.
Please plan ahead to avoid any delays, and have a wonderful Christmas!
